Standard Thermoformed Blister (PVC/Aluminium)
This is the most common type in the Nutraceutico sector. The Blister base is thermoformed from plastic (usually PVC) to create individual compartments for each Tablet or Capsule, while the back side is sealed with an Aluminium sheet. The Aluminium sheet protects the product from moisture, light, and external contamination.

Alu-Alu Blister (Aluminium-Aluminium)
This type of Blister is made entirely of Aluminium on both the front and back sides, providing complete protection against light, moisture, and oxygen. It is commonly used for highly sensitive Supplements and products that require long shelf-life. It offers excellent barrier properties but can be more expensive than PVC/Aluminium Blisters.

Cold Form Blister
Made with a combination of Aluminium and plastic film, this Blister is produced through cold forming, which provides superior protection against environmental factors. It is ideal for Supplements highly sensitive to light and moisture and helps extend the product’s shelf-life.

Blister Peelable (Easy-Open)
In this type of Blister, the back Aluminium layer is designed to be easily peeled off with slight pressure, without the need for tools such as scissors or knives. It is used for Supplements that require convenient consumer access while still maintaining adequate product protection.

Child-Resistant Blister
These Blisters are designed to be child-resistant, often requiring a combination of pressing and sliding to open. They are used for Supplements that could be dangerous if accidentally ingested by children. They provide enhanced safety while maintaining good protection of the contents.

Eco-Friendly Blister (PCR/Aluminium)
With growing attention to Environmental Sustainability, we also offer Blisters made from recycled materials. These Blisters use alternative plastic films such as rPET, rPE, or compostable materials to reduce Environmental Impact while still maintaining the protective features required for the product.

Single-Dose Blister
Primarily used for Dietary Supplements, these Blisters contain a single portion of the product per serving, making them ideal for nutraceutico products that require controlled and convenient consumption, such as soluble powders or individual Capsules. They offer practicality for consumers who want to carry their daily doses with them.
