Italpak offers a third-party packaging service and complete formulation of supplements in liquid and powder form.<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n

With this transaction Italpak sells 100 percent of the business and property to Valmatic. The production lines have been transferred to the premises at Via Dante Alighieri 1\/A in San Prospero, just a few meters from Valmatic’s headquarters at Via Turati, 5, also in San Prospero – Modena.
The acquisition is part of the growth strategies adopted by Valmatic to consolidate its presence in the contract, private label and single-serving packaging market. <\/h3>\n

The synergy among the group\u2019s companies will maximize distribution efficiency and provide a comprehensive and timely service that meets the needs of both clients and end consumers. <\/h3>\n
